Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done no less than 24 hours before the start of your appointment time. The card on file will be charged the full service amount if the appointment is not cancelled in within the aforementioned time frame. No Call, No Show Policy In the event of a No Call/No Show, guest understand that 100% of the services scheduled will be charged to the card on file. 1st NC/NS, your card on file will be charged for the services booked. 2nd NC/NS your card on file will be charged for the services booked and you will no longer have the option to book services. JB Esthetics, LLC reserves the right to refuse/decline services.
