By enrolling, you agree: No refunds will be issued under any circumstances No returns, cancellations, or exchanges No chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals will be initiated This includes (but is not limited to):Dissatisfaction with the course, Lack of participation or effort Failure to achieve desired results Scheduling conflicts Personal circumstances Early termination of the program You understand that initiating a chargeback after agreeing to these terms may be considered fraudulent activity. No Guaranteed Results You acknowledge and agree: No specific results, income, or skill level are promised JB Esthetics LLC makes no guarantees regarding success Testimonials or past student results are not guarantees of your outcome Your results are 100% dependent on your effort, consistency, and application of the material. Intellectual Property All course materials, including but not limited to: Training manuals Videos, Techniques, Systems and frameworks Are the exclusive property of JB Esthetics LLC. You agree: Not to copy, reproduce, or distribute materials Not to teach, resell, or share content Not to use materials for competing education programs Violation may result in legal action. Testimonials, Media & Likeness Release By participating in this program, you grant JB Esthetics LLC permission to: Use photos/videos of your workshare testimonials, reviews, and feedback Use your name and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes This includes social media, website, and advertising. You waive any rights to compensation for this use.
