Booking Policy

At JB Esthetics, we have a strict booking policy that ensures the safety and satisfaction of our valued guests. In order to receive our exceptional services, all guests are required to complete a Intake form. But don't worry, we've made this process hassle-free by providing electronic forms right here on our website.

 

For guests who are under 18, we kindly ask for a parent or guardian's consent before providing any services. Your well-being is our priority, and we believe it is crucial to have the approval and support of a responsible adult.

 

When it comes to our waxing services, we have a specific age requirement. Guests must be at least 16 years old to receive waxing services. Your comfort and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we want to ensure that you have the best experience possible.

 

If you are booking an appointment on behalf of someone else, please make sure to provide us with the necessary information for the guest who will be receiving the services. Additionally, please provide the information of the person who will be paying for the services, as the card on file will be charged for the rendered services or any cancellations. At JB Esthetics, we strive to provide a seamless booking process while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction. So, rest assured that you'll receive top-notch service from our dedicated team. Appointment Policy

First and foremost, we kindly ask that no extra guests accompany you during your appointment, unless they are a parent or guardian of a minor, an elderly person, or a guest with special needs. This policy allows us to create a serene and focused environment for your treatment.

 

In order to maintain a peaceful ambiance, we kindly request that you silence all phones and electronic devices prior to your service. This not only allows you to fully immerse yourself in the experience but also respects the tranquility of other guests.

 

To ensure the utmost safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you remove all jewelry from the neck up. While necklaces and earrings should be taken off, please note that depending on the service, facial piercings may also need to be removed. This precautionary measure is taken to prevent any discomfort or interference during your treatment.

 

At JB Esthetics, we take your well-being seriously. Our licensed professionals have the expertise to assess your needs and provide the most suitable treatment for you. In some cases, they may recommend a different service if there are any contraindications at the beginning of your appointment. Rest assured, this recommendation is made with your best interests in mind and aims to ensure optimal results and satisfaction.

 

In rare instances where the licensed professional determines that the guest has contraindications beyond their scope of practice, they reserve the right to end the treatment service. We want to emphasize that there will be no charge to the guest in such circumstances. We believe in prioritizing your health and safety above all else.

 

We understand that finding time for self-care can be challenging, which is why we offer both early morning and after-hours appointments. To make it even more convenient for you, we have a flexible pricing structure for these special appointment times. For early morning or after-hours appointments, there is an additional fee of $60. This ensures that you can still receive our exceptional esthetic services at a time that suits you.

VIP Lash Membership

The VIP Lash Membership is valid for individual clients only and cannot be transferred or shared with others. Membership appointments must be scheduled during the subscription period. Any unused fill-ins cannot be carried over to the next membership period.

 

Membership perks, including the free lash kit, half off lash serum, and $20 off a full lash set, are only applicable during the membership period and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Clients must login to their account to book membership sessions or present their membership confirmation at each appointment to receive the discounted services and perks that they did not book on the website.

Please use the $20 OFF discount code sent in welcome email to book your lash set.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling of membership appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the fill-in or a cancellation fee. JB Esthetics reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP Lash Membership program at any time, with or without notice. Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional services, such as lash removal or lash upgrades (such as a different lash set) will be charged separately and are not included in the membership price.

 

By enrolling in the VIP Lash Membership program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Late Policy

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected delays our way. However, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that our schedule runs smoothly and efficiently for all our valued clients.

 

We have a strict policy that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled, and you may be asked to reschedule. We believe in providing the highest level of service to each and every client, and this policy allows us to accommodate everyone's needs effectively.

In the event that you are running late, please keep in mind that your appointment may be cut slightly short to prevent any inconvenience for our other guests. We strive to maintain a timely schedule to ensure that everyone receives the attention and care they deserve.

We value your time as much as our own, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies. By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure the best possible experience for everyone at JB Esthetics.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be done no less than 24 hours before the start of your appointment time. The card on file will be charged the full service amount if the appointment is not cancelled in within the aforementioned time frame.

 

No Call, No Show Policy

In the event of a No Call/No Show, guest understand that 100% of the services scheduled will be charged to the card on file. 

  • 1st NC/NS, your card on file will be charged for the services booked.

  • 2nd NC/NS your card on file will be charged for the services booked and you will no longer have the option to book services. 

JB Esthetics, LLC reserves the right to refuse/decline services.
